    2. I take 2 in tge norning 2 at lunchtime and 2 in the evening. This helps me to keep regular. Is it too much? Can this amount hurt my stomach?

        This is a lot
        I don’t think it will hurt your stomach although it is not good to have too much
        I would suggest cutting down to 1 tablet 3 times a day
        Or 2 tablets at night
