1. To remove makeup. Hemp oil can dissolve the oils and waxes in makeup, Particularly stubborn eye makeup. Rub a small amount of oil into the makeup gently and wipe with  cotton wool.

2. To strengthen nails and heal cuticles. Massage a small amount of hemp oil directly into fingernails and toenails and cuticles.

3. Great as a hair conditioner. Before you shampoo, massage a tablespoon or so of hemp oil onto your scalp and leave it for about 10 minutes. Then, shampoo as normal. You might find you don’t need conditioner.

4. For dry skin. Rub the oil directly onto the skin. For calluses and cracked heels, massage in the oil then wear socks or gloves overnight to let it work its magic.

5. To steam facial skin. Clean and dry your face. Massage a tablespoon of oil into the skin for several minutes. Then place a hot (not scalding) damp washcloth over your face and let it sit til it cools. Wipe the oil off with the washcloth. Repeat this process with another hot washcloth until all the oil is wiped off.

6. To support your overall health. Eat it. You can enjoy its nutty flavor or add it to a salad dressings, as a butter replacement in rice, potatoes or vegetables… It’s absolutely delicious! Just remember that you can’t use pure hemp seed oil for high-heat cooking.
