This, everybody, is Chad Da Don! Otherwise known as Donovan Chad Mansoor. Born and raised in Pretoria. He comes from a very spiritual background, taking his many life lessons and penning them down on paper. Not only is he young, good looking and has a sense of humour. But he’s really good at what he does too! Music has always played a huge role in his life. He explains his writing as ‘A type of diary, screaming out loud’
When he was younger, he found a passion in rapping while spending time in studio with his close friend and brother- Anatii, who has proved his success in the music industry for many years now. His journey from then on lead him to meeting several talented figures and felt inspired by their achievements, such as his mentor and friend Cassper Nyovest. They have collaborated on a lot of projects together. Chad has come a long way in the music industry and continues to achieve more and more on a daily basis.
We haven’t really got to see the real ‘Chad Da Don’ because the music he is about to drop will give you a whole new perspective on his talent! His latest single ‘EFT’ is produced by Grammy Award Winner Brian Soko, who also produced Beyoncés Drunk In Love. And for the first time, Soko is featured on the song too!
I’m not going to give too much away, all I’m saying, is come July / August this is one song you will have to get your hands on!
