Preparation time: 4 minutes
Chilling time: 2 – 12 hours
– 250ml full cream milk
Beat the mixture with an electric beater at a low speed for 30 seconds.
Use a spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl. Beat the mixture again at high speed for 3 minutes until soft and fluffy. Don’t overmix it.
Pour into a big bowl or individual bowls, and cover with cling film. Allow to set for 4 – 12 hours.
