3 Months to Go (October)

  • Secure your spot. Early bird rates end 30 October 2025 — don’t miss out!
  • Decide your format: Online or in-person training at Lourensford.
  • Start a journal: Record your yoga journey, thoughts, goals, and intentions.
  • Commit to a daily yoga practice: 15–30 minutes a day helps you build consistency.

2 Months to Go (November)

  • Gather your essentials: Yoga mat, blocks, strap, and notebook.
  • Explore the course outline: Familiarize yourself with what’s coming.
  • Start reading: Choose one book on yoga philosophy or anatomy.
  • Schedule your time: Block out your training dates (12–27 January 2026).

1 Month to Go (December)

  • Cleanse and prepare your body: Lighten your diet, hydrate well, and sleep deeply.
  • Practice mindfulness: Try daily meditation, even 5–10 minutes helps.
  • Connect with your purpose: Why are you doing this? Write it down.
  • Set up your space (for online students): Create a calm area for learning and practice.

1 Week to Go (Early January)

  • Review your welcome pack (we’ll send it before the course begins).
  • Finalize payments or travel plans.
  • Get excited: You’re about to embark on a transformational experience.
  • Stay grounded: Gentle yoga and breathwork will help calm pre-course nerves.

Course Week: January 12–27, 2026

  • Show up fully. Be present, open, and curious.
  • Ask questions. Your teachers are here to guide you.
