Create one healthy habit at a time, until you have created a healthy lifestyle. Our Monthly intention for march is to focus on Positive Habits. Before winter comes, make sure you still get your movement sessions in.

It’s best to do this before we get all stiff and sore. Let’s make sure that we don’t find ourselves in the “couch potato” mindset. Make time this week to prioritise your well-being. 

 

 

5 TIPS FOR CREATING HEALTHY HABITS

1. Start small. Be realistic about your goal. Make sure it is something that is consistent.

2. Write down what your intention is behind this habit. How many pounds would you like to lose? How many glasses of water do you want to drink a day?  Is there a certain date or event you would like to reach your goal by? Figure out what you want and write it down.

3. Have a plan, get your calender out and plan.

4. Practice visualization. Imagine how you will feel when you attain your target. Spend time feeling how you will feel when you’re celebrating your achievement. This technique helps you practice for success.

5. Place your goal somewhere visible. Look at it every day.
