Healthy Cooking Tips:

  • Use Organic extra virgin olive oil when cooking hot dishes like soup, meat or pasta. It’s rich in antioxidants and mono-unsaturated fatty acids which, studies have shown, help manage the risk of heart disease, reduce cholesterol levels, and blood pressure.
  • If you like your food to have a bit more ‘bite’ to it, add Black Mamba Smokey Chilli Sauce to your dish, it goes well with pork, pizza, eggs, pretty much everything.
