1. Spend 15 minutes a day doing research
I know you have a full time job. However, I also know you spend more than thirty minutes a day watching your favourite TV programme or chatting on whatsapp. Therefore, I’m sure you can spare 15 minutes of your time a day to research. If you do this, you would have spent 450 minutes or 7.5 hrs by the end of the month researching that brilliant business idea. So, reduce on some TV time or go to bed just 15 minutes later. During this time, you’ll have time to find business ideas and analyze other businesses with the same idea.
2. Save R500 a month
It’s important that you calculate how much money you can afford to save every month. However, try to save at least R500 a month so that the saving doesn’t get frustrating. After six months, you’ll have saved R3,000 which you’ll be able to use to set up your business.
Ideally, after a month of your 15 minutes a day, you’ll be able to start setting up. This could be drawing your business plan, setting up a website or learning a new skill you’ll need for your business. 3. Watch videos
If you don’t feel like reading articles after a long day at work, you can always watch videos on YouTube. Most entrepreneurs love learning, and video content on YouTube channels is another way that you as an entrepreneur will be learn from other business leaders.
