Yup, I’ve got the best one for you! This recipe includes some of the best superfoods including blueberries, avocados and superfood greens that will rev up your metabolism and give you a natural boost of energy. These ingredients will also work wonders on your skin!

Detox and purify with this smoothie recipe
1 lime, zest and juice
1 tbsp protein powder
½ cup of ice, to thicken
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 small zucchini
½ medium avocado, no skin
1 frozen banana
One tsp superfood greens
1 probiotic capsule, emptied
Add all ingredients except coconut yogurt in a blender then blend until it forms a smooth, but thick consistency. You may have to blend in some extra ice to thicken. Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl. Swirl in coconut yoghurt and top with seeds, nuts, coconut and your favorite fruit.
