Promote what you love, instead of bashing what you hate.
Instead of talking about the things you dislike in your life, talk about the things which makes you happy and brings joy into your life. Talking about positive things, will attract more positives into our life. By doing this, we remind ourselves about what is good; talking about what we love, makes us happy.
When we talk more about how bad our day was, how frustrating it was driving in traffic, what we dislike about things or people…it attracts negativity. Talking about these negative things, will work you up, raise your blood pressure and stress levels, so why not instead try to see the positives in each situation; what you like about things, the great song you heard while waiting in traffic…
There is always something good you can find in any situation, sometimes you just need too look a bit harder for it.
