1) Ryan, from Pow Wow Studio, has officially joined our team.
2) Our Yoga classes have begun and are held on the polo fields at Lourensford Wine Estate. See the timetable below.
3) We are in the process of building a brand new beautiful, yoga studio, which will be completed next year.
4) LELC stands for Live-Embrace-Love-Cherish.
5) No need to book to come to classes, all you do is arrive.
6) On Sundays, kiddies have their teacher at a separate yoga class on the field.
7) “Find your balance, to lose your balance”, wine and yoga events will be held every fortnight from 11 November at 5;30 pm (market nights)
8) Bring a mat/ towel to class.
9) Mats and equipment are available for rental, and sale at classes.
10) Special Price of R50 will remain until the end of the year.
11) Our outdoor studio has one of the most amazing views in the world.
12) Don’t despair, as there is some shade on the field.
13) Life Retreat Movement Studio will specialise in yoga but will have other classes available, including Meditation, Nia Dancing, Pilates, TRE, and so much more.

15) Forms a part of the 1st, one and only “Healing Hub” in SA, which will include a Health Spa, Lifestyle Shop and Art Gallery.
16) Beginners are as welcome as advanced students and will feel extremely comfortable.
