Life Retreat is proud to announce the opening of the LELC Healing Hub on the beautiful Lourensford Wine Estate in Cape Town.
The Hub will incorporate the LELC Yoga and movement studio, LELC Lifestyle Shop (a physical version of www.lifestyleshoponline.co.za), Art Curator and the Spiral Aloe Health Spa. “The Healing Hub has been a long time in the making. And finally, my dream that has nurtured over the years is coming to fruition,” said Trish Taylor. “From humble beginnings, the Hub is literally growing from ground level up. We are presently renovating this old building on the beautiful Lourensford Wine Estate. The Hub will be completed by March 2017. And the whole Taylor Tribe is on board in one way or another to nurture the dream to a successful reality,” she added.
The aim of the Healing Hub, is that every one that visits leaves healed in some way, whether it be physically, emotionally or spiritually
It will have a view over the Helderberg mountain range and new Lourensford gardens.
We will be holding regular Yoga, Pilates, and Nia classes, as well as weekly meditations, talks, workshops, events, retreats, and so much more. The Spa will offer all Spa and nail treatments.
The shop will sell natural cosmetics, healthy food and drink, earthy household products, yoga and sleep wear, plus select gifts. The shop will be a calm feast for the senses.
The LELC Studio is the first part of our hub to launch, and although our studio is not yet built, we are holding regular yoga classes outdoors on the polo fields on the Estate.
We will have the wine and yoga evenings every second Friday at 6;00 pm from Friday 11th November to Christmas. The wine and yoga evenings will cost R120, and will include:
- A yoga class, suitable for people for all ages and levels. Beginners welcome
- Wine tasting
- Cheese tasting
- Go home gift
The gift bag includes a ‘Reeva Pack’ which aims to empower individuals with the ability to identify and recognize the reality of their circumstances, and assist them to make the necessary changes and seek help. Thus, we will also have the “stay strong against women abuse.”
