Visualise a giant rubber band, with your present reality at one end, and your desired reality at the other. If the two move apart, tension builds in that band. View that tension not as stress or as pressure but as stored energy. You don’t want to get rid of this tension. What you want is to convert it into energy that moves you towards the desired reality. And you’ll help to do this by viewing your goals as if they were already present, and this will close that gap between the present and desired realities.
