As part of Life Retreat’s annual winter warmer campaign, we receive many letters and requests from various charities and NGO’s. We would like to share one of them with you from Magical Moments; a charitable organisation reaching out to thousands of children in the greater Johannesburg region.
Dear Reader
Please include some of the children that we reach out to so magically throughout the year, not only at winter time.
We’d welcome some warm fleecy blankets or beanies for children aged 2-7 years, who live in the most impoverished environments in our city.

Donations help us fill “empty wishes wells”, planting seeds for wishes to grow. Children who have a blank canvas and don’t even know or understand the concept of making a wish. Children in need of so much. We warming, feed and nourish all their senses – from top to toe and everywhere in between. Taking them on “adventures” to discover a different world, so far removed from their own.
