We are so incredibly proud to be South Africans.
They say that once you have touched African soil, it will always remain in your blood. We are continuously bombarded with so much bad news, that it leaves very little space to spread the good news. We have launched this competition page as an interactive platform, where we encourage our fellow South Africans, to share their good news, inspiring stories, videos and photos. We run our #SaveSA Charity campaign every year. Furthermore, we sell fleece blankets, scarves, beanies and gloves @ cost to enable people to purchase, and donate them to Charity. We are always so inspired by the photos, videos and stories that we receive. Last year, we donated the fleecy products to bus drivers, orphans, pensioners, nursery schools, and so many more. Otherwise unemployed people manufacture the items for us. The more we distribute, the more people we are able give temporary employment to.
Last year we paid it forward, and gave 2 scarves to every single homeless person we passed. We asked them to keep one, and to donate the other one to someone else, less fortunate than themselves. It is amazing what it does to someone that is battling, to be able to pay it forward, and awaken the realisation in them, that there is someone out there, less fortunate than themselves.
