Introducing The Life Retreat Luxury Healing Hub 

This luxury Healing Hub concept was created by Mother–Daughter Duo: Patricia and Samantha Taylor, in collaboration with another Mother-Daughter Duo: Dr. Mothomang Diaho & Nthabiseng Shongwe, and consists of 3 phases, 1: Movement Studio, 2: Lifestyle Shop and 3: Integrative Medical Spa.

Together, we aim to inspire the community as well as visitors from around the world to come and experience our beautiful environment where they can achieve all their health and wellness goals in one place.

This gorgeous studio peers onto a charming landscape of the Estate’s manicured gardens with a perfect vision of the mountains in the distance. Experience body, mind, movement, and breath in the heart of the Cape Winelands. We offer classes including Yoga, Pilates, Ballet Barre Conditioning.Also, we have a variety of other modalities, all of which have been carefully curated by absolute professionals in their field. Life Retreat Studio offers endless experiences and workshops as well as Retreats in Cape Town and around the world.

In this beautiful space, you will be able to find everything from gifts to clothing, home, decor, health foods, and supplements. Furthermore, we have a beautiful mixture of imported goods as well as supporting as many local businesses as possible. With over 30 years experience in preventative medicine, Dr. Mothomang Diaho has dedicated her life to promoting ways to create wellbeing and believes that lifestyle is the medicine.
