I am gluten intolerant and can only use the Vanilla. Not complaining thou as it is the great base to mix up any taste or flavour by adding bananas, berries or any seeds of sorts. I have on occasions crushed by biscuits in to give it a oreo cookie flavour. Extremely delicious.
