Ideal for keeping hair well groomed!
I use a coconut oil hair mask once a week and limit the amount of washing hair .
Don’t tie it up when wet
Use coconut oil to nourish your scalp – apply it overnight and sleep.
If I am in a rush and do not have time to wash my hair , I make it look fresh by brushing some baby powder through it and then put it up with an invisibobble! It looks good for the day 🙂
Sophie. Put a kerastase masque on once a week.
I like to moisturise my scalp and hair with bio-oil and leave it on for about 1 hour or longer before I wash my hair. I find my hair is softer and it even grows lot faster. I then use the reverse washing method when I wash my hair, where I condition first leave it on for 5 minutes then rinse and wash with shampoo and rinse for the final step…. my hair doesnt get oily as it did before.
I am trying to reverse heat damage to my hair, so I wash it and leave it to dry naturally in a bun. At night I spray dry conditioner onto it, make a bun again and the next morning my hair feels so silky soft and nourished, without the heat damage 🙂
