About Life Retreat Studio

Life Retreat Studio is a beautiful movement studio situated on the picturesque Lourensford Estate in The Western Cape. It is the perfect exercise.

We are close enough for local Helderberg residents to exercise daily.  Plus, we are only 1/2 an hour from Cape Town for those of you who wish to exercise in a beautiful environment on the weekends.

Life Retreat Studio is open seven days a week, and we offer numerous classes throughout the day. Our primary focus is on Yoga Classes, but we also offer Zumba, Nia Dancing, Tai Chi, Pilates, Ballet Rip and Self Defence. Yoga Modalities include Yin, ISHTA, Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Flow, Kundalini & Power. Our Studio is fresh, clean and sanitized, with fresh air pouring through our windows daily.

The gardens and view are spectacular, and as you drive in, you begin to unwind. We have both in-studio and outdoor Classes on offer.

Private Classes, either in the Studio or at your home, are available on request.

We now have many online offerings, including our Yoga Teacher Training Course, Online Studio Classes, weekly Meditation and Health and Wellness webinars.

The Studio is owned by Trish Taylor, a Yoga Teacher, Herbalist, and studied. Ayurveda. Trish offers private health and lifestyle consultations online and in person. She runs regular Herbal Healing retreats where you learn to make your herbal remedies. Plus, she runs Wellness in the Workplace corporate workshops for Groups either online or at your premises.
