Making healthy choc snack choices can be difficult, especially when you’re working. With the vending machine or grocery store just a few steps away, it’s easy to grab a chocolate bar. So because we’re here to help you clean up your diet, we thought of giving you a choc oatmeal cookie recipe this week. The cookies are not only delicious, but healthy too.

Ingredients
2 ½ cups cake flour or coconut flour
1 cup rolled oats
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cups chocolate chips
A cup walnuts
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp water
¾ cup organic virgin coconut oil
¾ cup honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C degrees. Grease baking sheet with additional coconut oil. Set aside. Mix the flour, oats, salt, chocolate chips, and walnuts in a large bowl. Mix the vanilla extract, water, organic virgin coconut oil, and honey in a separate bowl. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll dough into small balls, flatten and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 18-24 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
