Garlic Parsley Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients
 
1 cup Nature’s Choice Chickpeas
 ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
 One Garlic (Crushed)
 1 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
 

Method

 
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
2. Line a baking tray with butter
3. Boil the chickpeas for ten to fifteen minutes and drain.
4. In a bowl, mix the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper with the chickpeas
5. Pour the chickpeas onto the baking tray and spread them out.
6. Bake for 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and cool before serving.
