Medical marijuana refers to the pure extract from the use of the whole, the unprocessed marijuana plant, which is then used to treat diseases or alleviate symptoms of illnesses.

A study conducted by Tel Aviv University found that CBD, or cannabinoids alone make bones stronger during healing. Therefore, enhancing the maturation of the collagenous matrix, which provides the basis for new mineralisation of bone tissue.

10. Marijuana protects the brain after a stroke

According to research from the University of Nottingham, marijuana may help protect the brain from damage caused by stroke, by reducing the size of the area affected by the stroke. However, this is still in the testing stage in animals but isn’t the only research that shows neuroprotective effects from cannabis.     1. I live with osteo arthritis of the lumbar region and the neuro surgeon, post an MRI has suggested either a blocker and or a fusion of L3,4 and 5. I believe the CBD could assist with pain management? I would want to avoid the fusion at all cost. 59 years old
