A few years ago, I was in desperate need to eat healthier and lose some weight. It struck me at that time, that I really knew next to nothing about nutrition and how things actually affected my body. I just heard what doctors told me to eat, and never really questioned why? So I set about finding as much information as I possibly could. One of the best sources of helpful info came from podcasts. In this article, I’m going to list my favourite fitness and nutrition podcasts.

    Robb Wolf is the absolute master of Paleo knowledge. Everyone should listen to his stuff. Particularly the series on grains. Brill work.
