A few years ago, I was in desperate need to eat healthier and lose some weight. It struck me at that time, that I really knew next to nothing about nutrition and how things actually affected my body. I just heard what doctors told me to eat, and never really questioned why? So I set about finding as much information as I possibly could. One of the best sources of helpful info came from podcasts.
