Avocado Cacao Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
4 Medium, Ripe Avocados
½ Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch Nature’s Choice Sea Salt
60 g Nature’s Choice Mixed Nuts (garnish)
Method
1. In the bowl of a blender or food processor, blend avocado until smooth.
2. Add the creamed honey, vanilla extract and raw cacao powder and mix until well blended.
3. Place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
4. Garnish with Nature’s Choice Mixed Nuts snack.
