In just under 5 minutes, you can create these four-ingredient Coconut No-bake Bites, following this simple recipe using Nature’s Choice natural products. These bites are easy to make, healthy and tasty too.

Coconut No-Bake Bites Recipe


 3 cups Nature’s Choice Desiccated Coconut, finely shredded
 ¼ cup Coconut Milk


1. In a high-speed blender, food processor or mixing bowl, combine the ingredients and blend until a dough is formed. If the batter is too crumbly, add extra coconut milk until a slightly sticky texture remains.
2. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls. If desired, roll the balls in extra shredded coconut.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm.
4. If no-bake bites are too crumbly, add extra liquid or sticky sweetener. You ca keep these Four-Ingredient Coconut No-Bake Bites at room temperature in a sealed container. Furthermore, you can refrigerate or freeze them too.
